WOW8 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the WOW8 platform and the WOW8 management. This document applies to all activities carried out on our platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawal of winnings, participation in promotions, and all forms of betting.

By continuing to use the WOW8 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and are legally eligible to use online betting services.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from using WOW8's services.
• You have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms set out in this document.
• All information you provide to WOW8 is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

To register and use WOW8's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. WOW8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly for withdrawals that exceed the stipulated limit.

Once registered, you are the WOW8 account holder and bear full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account. The following are your key responsibilities as a WOW8 account holder:

• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. WOW8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a shared or compromised password.
• Account Activity: All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account are your sole responsibility, including those made by a third party with your knowledge.
• Information Updates: It is your responsibility to ensure that all profile information is kept accurate and up to date at all times, including your phone number and payment details.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify WOW8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

WOW8 offers a range of secure and fast payment methods tailored for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an e-wallet or bank account registered in the same name as the WOW8 account holder.
• WOW8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through suspicious or irregular means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the balance.
• WOW8 does not charge any fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. Any charges imposed by e-wallet providers are the user's responsibility.

WOW8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for Malaysian players, including a welcome bonus, weekly rebates, festive promotions, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players making their first deposit. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms before the bonus is claimed.
• Weekly Rebate: Credited every Monday based on the total bets placed in the previous week. Rebates are not subject to any additional wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus Per User: Each player is entitled to one claim per promotion type offered. Attempting to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Unused bonus funds that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically.
• WOW8 Reserves the Right to Modify Promotions: WOW8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to users.

All bets placed on the WOW8 platform — whether on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, roulette, or live casino games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Validity: A bet is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the WOW8 system and a bet slip has been issued. Bets resulting from system or technical errors that produce clearly incorrect odds will not be accepted as valid.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum limits for each bet type are set by WOW8 and are subject to change based on market, time, and risk factors. These amounts are displayed on the platform during the bet placement process.
• Odds & Markets: All odds displayed on WOW8 are in decimal format and are subject to change before a match begins. For in-play betting, odds update in real time.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and the stake returned to the user's account.
• Bet Settlement: WOW8 will settle all bets based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. Match result protests or appeals do not affect bet settlement.
• Syndicate Betting Prohibition: All forms of syndicate betting, arbitrage abuse, or betting syndicates are strictly prohibited on the WOW8 platform.

WOW8 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all players. Accordingly, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

All content on the WOW8 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of WOW8 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international laws.

You not permitted for:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any WOW8 content without explicit written authorisation from WOW8 management.
• Using the WOW8 brand name, logo, or identity for commercial or personal purposes without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering any WOW8 software or systems.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. WOW8 reserves the right to seek full damages in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

WOW8 provides this platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, WOW8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party system failures, or natural disasters.
• Inaccuracies or delays in the delivery of sports information, scores, or match results from third-party sources.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

WOW8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under the minimum age requirement (18 years old).
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of WOW8's bonus or promotion system.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering using a false identity.
• User's own request to close their account.

In the event of an account suspension due to a terms violation, WOW8 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the violation be proven, the balance may be forfeited in full without any compensation to the user.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the WOW8 support team by emailing support@wow8.biz. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

WOW8 takes user privacy seriously and complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. All personal information you provide during registration and use of the WOW8 platform will be used solely for the following purposes:

• User account management and verification.
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Communications relating to WOW8 promotions, bonuses, and platform updates.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

WOW8 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email. Nonetheless, it remains the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the WOW8 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
